‹ 5 Reasons to Visit Iowa – Even If You’re Not Gay •
So this post is brief – no, I mean really brief. There is just one element: the “call to action”.
I want you to do something, and I’m just going to come right out and say it. Tell me about you. Jump into the comments and tell me who you are, where you’re from, anything you want to share about yourself. Do you blog too? Tell me about that.
One specific question I’d love to have answered: how did you get here? Were you referred by someone, did you find me on a social networking service, or was it just plain old Google?
I look forward to hearing from you!

Shannon, I’m late, but I want to say hi!
We met, I seem to recall, when you guest posted at Chris Brogan’s blog, on using LinkedIn. Of course, then you did an award-nominated guest post for me, as well.
Let’s see, if I was sharing something new about myself, I think I’d mention that I love connecting people from various small towns through social media. And I’ve been reminded this past month that in person meetings take that to a whole new level!

Hi, there. Jeannette here. I’m from Michigan, but I live in Belgium now. I found you through ProBlogger and the “31 days” challenge. I was hooked by that fabulous photo of the train! I blog about my writer’s life — but I’m just a beginner, really. I’m looking forward to following your blog, and reconnecting with the great midwest.

Thank you Jeannette – I am woefully tardy in completing the tasks of the 31dbbb challenge, but I do intend to go back and get them done. I got about to day 7 or 8. Glad to see you here and I’m working on another online property focused more directly on small towns – not ready for prime time yet, but when it is, I will let you know!
